Is it possible to collect parcel from post office?

  I want to buy items from ebay and I don't want to embarrass myself in front of my family members by having postman delivering it to my house. I am willing to collect it outside from post office. Is it possible?

  nope, the only way is hope that nobody will be home when the package gets delivered then you can go to the PO to self-collect..

  It's exotic. I hope someone - I mean outsider - can collect and hold it for me and I am willing to pay for the service. I just don't want it to appear in front of my family members and friends. I don't think anyone here want to know what is it although I am glad to tell. I  would be grateful if someone offers me this help - yes, I am ready to pay $10 to avoid embarrassment.
