Wat kinda plant?? where got sell?? i have only orchids at home... any good??
Actually, a high backswing is acceptable if u can control it... look at Pete Weber, Parker Bohn III,Andrew Fang,Shawn Ng, Carl De Veries and alot of other professionals, they have lotsa Rev so the high backswing allows them to have a faster ball speed to push thru the front part of the lane, while a vicious snap to the pocket.. Can anyone say its not good for them??
Of cos, if u dun have the Revs to make it come back then better chg the height of the swing.
And with regards to having to pull the ball back upon your down swing is something that most coaches teach... e.g Keith hogan, Ron Hoppe and the new coach for the youth A team.
So learn to adjust ur game and have lotsa fun doing it, dun force chg or u'll just short change urself in the game(no pun intended)
