Invitation to Bowling tournament

So far only one team from this group had expressed interested in the tournament. La la la, dun shy leh, come play ball. Details of the tournament as follows:
Prizes:
1st $50, 2nd $40, 3rd $30, 4th $20, a number of consolation prizes $10/$15 each. 1st team $60, 2nd team $45, 3rd team $30, comprementary vounchers worth $20....
I reserved the right to amend the prizes based on number of bowlers competing.
Date: 10 March, Bright sunny Sunday morning
Venue: Classic Bowl, Beach Road, Sultan Plaza
Time: Check In at 0930 hrs
Price: S$25
Purpose: To promote chemistry between different bowling groups and to promote future tourys like this.
Groups invited: SIM/UOL, Tp93niners, NTU bowling club, Tenpin_bowling club, my group, and others.
Small changes to the game format. It will be a 5 game OPEN format. Each team will comprise of 3 bowlers regardless of sex. Ladies will be given a 15 pin handicap per game. Cash prizes for top 8 individual positions, high game, as well as top three teams. The organiser reserves the right to amend the prizes at his discreation, as well as forbit anyone from entering or playing in the tournament.
Absolutely no earnings. All extra cash collected will be given off as prizes. Detailed account sheet will be avaliable on request.
First come first basics, cause only a limited number of lanes avaliable (read 10 lanes). More lanes may be avaliable if the demand is high enough.

Some of the gals are checking out if there are prizes for ladies.
I tot that if there are enough ladies who are joining, we probably can have prizes for top 3 ladies. On one hand, we can attract more gals and hopefully with more ladies, more would join the tourny.

They are already given 15 handy points per game. What more is needed to encourage their participation?
The top five individuals are for them to grab too. Think if they get 165 scratch and above, they should have a good chance

Ya, this open format is "designed" with minimum number of lady bowler in mind. If there are enough female contenders, I might consider changing to top three males and top three females, instead of top 4 males and consolation prizes.
