Punggol lift turned into rubbish dump

STOMPer valerie who stays in Punggol was disgusted by the sight of various objects discarded in her lift. She also noted that they obstructed the standing space.
She explains:
"It's really disheartening to see Punggol residents being so irresponsible and this isn't the first time I've seen garbage bags, used cardboards and rubbish being disposed in the lift.
"The rubbish obstructs the space, and once, the lift was so filled with garbage that I couldn't get in.
"What should be done to stop such irresponsible acts?" -

My lift got urine. The MP bo install CCTV.
The culprit treated lift as a toilet more worst.

Some buggers just come in and put the political agenda into a simple issue.
