What is expensive in Singapore?

  Taxi fare is expensive.  One trip cost me 2 days or more lunch.  My taxi days are ovet long time ago.

  Next is ....very very very expensive homes.

  Tobacco in Singapore isn't as expensive as it is in Australia, New Zealand or Scandinavia. The MRT also looks like a bargain compared to the Tube, although the MTR is better value.

  Pay of govt is most expensive in singapore.    It does not mean pay more we will get productivity.

  The government not doing anything to control the food prices.Simple day to day living also they couldn't be bothered after all their high pay compensated for themselves
