Service providers need to stop under bidding and service buyers need to be more cautious in selecting vendors during tender. Stop cheap sourcing because workers are going to suffer in the end.

For industries like jewellery, bank and hazardous plant maybe there is an need for demand for security guards, for other non-dangerous area like coffee shop, of course this is redundant.

I think for industries that really need high security, it's best to treat the guards better as they are the ones at the frontline after all.
I treat my security guards very well and they are very helpful towards me also. I can't say all are good but some are really decent hardworking folks.
