  Personally, I love (Malaysia's) Giant: their products are usually the cheapest in town. 

  On the other hand, in my opinion, although usually more expensive, (Singapore's) NTUC Fairprice sells products which usually have higher quality.

  for such a small apartment. 

  I have no money 

  my mother ask me if i want to help her take on 30 year loan, so I told her, siao ah? sian ah, later in my life, as a fresh grad I have to cope university loans, housing loans, eletrical bills, water bills, tax......lol. :(
