If North Korea really wants war, they wouldn't speak about their readiness to attack. Its like they want attention from the world in matters to the latest sanction against North Korea to be withdrawn by U.N. security council. Will North Korea attack first or South Korea attack first? There is a proverb that a barking dog is harmless but a silent dog is more dangerous. Usually in modern times warfare, before the actual arsenals and troops launch its attack, the cyber war will silently commence first to cripple the enemy cyber networks. So again, will there be war in that region? Whomever attack first, it would be an advantage for them. I think the answer is YES! Sooner or later, it has to happen one day.
