Price taker meaning the one who control the price, just like Taxis flag down and fares, last time cdg is the price taker, today, ah gu and ah beng companies also whack higher and higher, and end up cdg become the benchmarker only

Taxi in Singapore is not encourage to enter into the CBD empty.

Even you, after reading into some details, can come up with a viable solution

BUT.....

LTA will not solve this problem like this, whereby everubody benefits

Passenger benefits because Taxis now go into the CBD freely,

TD benefits becuase they don't pay the ERP to get the addtional prospective passengers in the CBD. (note that they DO NOT earn more from the ERP)

Always remember, TD do not earn the ERP. We paid to LTA when we pass the gantry, and we collect from pax by including it in the fares. So we do not gain, just being a Kay Poh to collect on behalf of LTA.

Why LTA will not implement? You have to find a coconut tree, sit under it, and contemplate.

certain timing , certain place , change shift + scheme B still ting , but did not show destination, so very dangerous to take, may bring you to holland ...

sometimes when resting at certain location, call centre will call you personally - " Sir, can you help to pick up blah blah blah ... pax waiting at ..... " hahaha

sometimes ting will show destination ... to entice you to take , but mostly holland one ...

Go in CBD empty? Pay for ERP myself to get pax??? Harlow??? Outskirt of town got long long Q of pax lor.....So yao meh, pay ERP just to get $3-(ERP charges) more? Jiak pa liao..... Usually if I'm outside CBD at around 7.30pm, I go and makan liao..... 8pm put busy go in CBD.....Let garment earn ERP money.....? I think of my own pocket first better....
