since he bo peng bak kwa , bo pian liao .
I can get $30 per kg ......
Sorry chief, unlike last time, now got many jobless uncles and aunties wanted to peng, so in goodwill, I give it to them, I still can drive taxis and casket mah.
Anyway, as I said, if can just buy some to pass the few day CNY, because all meat during CNY are lousy meat and anyhow peng one, bak kua is best eaten not during CNY, but during normal time.
My advice is just buy those vaccum packed or packed one now, cheap and also can perserve longer, cut into pieces and offer to guest. 4 days after CNY, you see new bak kua on the street, price down, better meat and well penged

Dry ice...can call u ?...lol
No lah, all bak kut are process food, actually got no vitamin or any good in it, they are all mix into a container, auto stir overnite, add in perservatives and many other ingredients like spices, softeners and MSG, , than soaked in sugar for a few hours, then the processed meat, can be dead pig to whatever will then pour into lines of metal containers,
The containers are then compressed with cover to make the meat tight, then pile up on a few big trolleys, the trolleys are then push into a pressure steam cooking chamber, after an hour, the trolley are pull out, flashed and sprinkled with water, then the container is loosen to release the meat in blocks...the blocks are then slice, pack and send for peng....
