  I am just worried that if Oppostion win in east coast or joo chiat ..... it will affect my property values .... thats all ..... i am thinking from the angle of a concerned resident/ investor not as a PAP supporter....

  And by the way,a HDB flat( cos YOU cant owned more than 1 HDB flat) isnt an investment its just a roof over your head.

  And if properties in oppositions ward is gonna be dirt cheap like you are so afraid it will happen. I am sure many foreign talents, PRs and new citizen wouldnt mind grabbing it up.
