many times at red lights... if side by side with other red cabs... once turn green... others chiong... i slow start... den ting! usually locationn juz infront or behind me nia..
count less times... example drop block 123... bling 12X call...
many times coconut tree while at our Q-ing area.. MDT bling hotel coconut tree call by pax...

outside the 7-11 of the buidling before the taxi stand...
bling jalan sultan taxi stand call...
when i reach the taxi stand...
pax still holding on his phone juz receive the taxi number onli...

I started to dislike TransCab's calls at the later part before i left TC , cos many tai ko one .
A few TC call just before the turn to Coconut tree , super near , one turn reach lobby , knnbccb go Hougang Ave 5 !
Another to Simei Rise .... 9.30pm knn phui i still remember .
Last one i kena then i banned totally TC call .
Orchard Atrium to Yishun Ave 6 at 10pm !!!
Last one ..... enuf is enuf .
Consolation is , TC call 4-5pm calls from Tuas , majority with destination .
Now i dunno ..... perhaps if most use TC App , then drivers can say good bye to calls with destinations .
Premier is most suitable for me now .....
First call from Tuas to CBD ( slowly relak relak chose between 4-6pm ) , then off talkie after that . If no to CBD , smelly smelly also will get Orchard Parade or Traders Hotel .
Chow chow ......
Sorry to those Tuas to Joo Koon or Jurong Point ....... not my taxi lah .
I leave that to Sgp's most powerful call centre .

One reason why TransCab extended the NO SHOW and Cancellation of jobs timing was largely due to call levy .
If very fast approved let you go ...... they might lose that $0.40 . Cos u might just wait a while for pax and charge pax $3.30 .
I last time also chute such stunts , to save $0.40 .
Press No Show until pax arrived .
Sometime before pax arrived , NO SHOW APPROVED , pax on board , press $3.30 .

Previously the MDT are not linked with taximeter .
Job cancelled we still can take pax and press $3.30 .
Now they trying to get all automatically set in into taximeter with those booking charge .
Job cancell ..... MDT no current job , u cannot press $3.30 .
Want to Copy CDG lah ...
They do that because they have more calls now than before .
Worth it to exploit those possibilities .
Last time they dun bother , cos too low quantity of calls . No Apps .
Now their APPs helping them to capture more bookings .

TC trying to link taxi meter to MDT...
coz many red gansters drive without logging in to MDT...
operations need to capture more accurate data in view of the X % taxi OTR during peak rule...
if they dun link the MDT to taxi meter... the figures based on MDT generated will be lesser den actual taxis OTR...
to download taxi meter will be too time consuming for statistic purpose in the long run..

the auto cancellation in 10 min also partly for statistic purpose...
old version... when we press Yes on the MDT... system shows 5 mins... pax will onli get the taxi number in about 1 or 2 min later.. so we actually have 5 - 7 mins to reach pax...
but most calls usually we can reach in less den 5 mins... den press no show while calling pax... pax say otw down watiting lift etc...
by the time open door sit down... juz nice call cancelled... save 30 or 40 cents...
on paper... tis call is "no show"... which affects the % of calls matched...
but in fact... tis should be a "matched call within stipulated time"...
