Exercise should not be force, it should be make enjoyable and routine, forcing is stress.

Excercise is only a portion on Healthy Living
Healthy Living include many area, one might not goes into typical excercise, but he is active, he move about, carry some heavy stuff (weight), eat Moderate....... is more healthy then
ones that excercise alot, but thereafter eat alot also and sit for the rest of the day (not active).
Most Taxi Driver, we are not active in our daily routine ( the car is moving, but not us), no excercise and usual eat more then what our body can digest....... that's all the illness come
now after become TD,tummy getting bigger and bigger.last time cannot see bulge,now can see!last time waist 33 inch now 36-37 inches!last time jog 5 rounds in stadium,now never exercise anymore!

Sometime, it is about aging and hormone change, not entirely on Taxi driving, as we age, our skin and organs all start to loose it tension and begin to slack, your intestine will start to drool down force out a small or big belly, you may do some exercise to strengthen it, but still the intestines inside drool down.
When young, our muscle and skin tension are good, able to hold whatever in the right place, whatever you eat also can, digestion is good, skin tight and fat can be easily removed. But as you age, those food that you ate since young, change from glucose to fat, and everything start to drool downwards, from eyelids, to skin to lan chiao, backside skin to your face and neck.
Now why everything slack, because our muscle are now old, cannot hold the skin and organs so long, and finally lost to a natural phenonmenon call GRAVITY. The pulling force of the earth is making us older and older by the day, that is also why, some people said, if living in space, we might stay young longer.
Therefore to overcome this gravity pull, the best way is to do upside down posture, let the gravity pull us in a reverse way, and blood going into the brain with less effort by the heart pumping.
From day to day, you stand, sit and drive, lying down, the gravity is exerting a force, so once a while do an upside turn, head down and legs up is also good.
But this is only for normal people, those with chronic illness, especially high blood pressure, please do not do it, later blood pressure zoom up the head...then I got business liao
