0640 -- Change into exercise gear then do warm up
0645 --- Time to do at least 2.5km in 15 mins
0710 --- End up at kopitiam with my night shift kakis (All my sec sch school mates)
0800 -- Home then Shower
0815 -- Koon
1430 -- Wake up, eat porridge then stare at computer liao
1700 -- Gym for 30 minutes
1800 -- Watch TV or Sing KTV at home
1900 -- Dinner then prepare for the night shift
2030 --- Start of shift, usually head to Changi Biz Park to KIO Calls
0030 -- Break for another round of porridge
0115 --- Chiong to town to pick pax

that the good thing of being young.. age 30? i 40 liao, body after night shift can exercise.. but brain overwrite the body n just laze around until zzzzzzzzzzz.. beside, play badminton take up a lot of time n no chio bu to look at.. koon better..
Then I over 50s, can die liao lor.
Exercise is no age limit, whatever age, do whatever exercise deem good for you. I also can run 2.4, but in 30minutes...kekeke..sometime tiko uncle me like to run at back of women, see the butts..my stamina very good liao

Last time 2.4km.........close 1 eye, under 9 min, our minimum requirement...........
Now open 2 eyes also under 9 min............to gave up.........hahaha
Oh yes, taxi driver must have enough sleep hor, exercise is secondary, it is just to perk up all the vein and arteries and get ourselves super charged, so, please do not go and do those hardcore exercise if you are not so fit, just do a light one everyday or thrice a week will do, anything that can help to sweat is consider good

After sweat come out is damn shiok .....
Some nights I still got to be part time sai gong loh .... really damn taxing ....
If one sweat regularly , their sweats won't be so stinko one .
If one do not sweat regularly , once they sweat , can be knnbccb , their sweat smell si bei steam one .

if u are those dun sweat alot , and after u sweat , dun sit beside me , i sure run one , hahahahah
But if 1/2 balls chio bu sweat and take my cab, I quickly clean my front seat and purposely stop for her to come into my front door, roll down my window, then said, come come, infront more aircon..
but exercise before sleep not very good,cos ur energy levels goes up,so not easy to fall asleep,better is to do it after u wake up fr sleep!but how come i can't find time to exercise?my typical day wake up 8 am,,work till 11-1am,then sleep wake up 8-9am.no time for other things!
People show said they cannot find time to exercise is more of an excuses than wanting to do it.
Doing the same thing everyday can somehow set your biological clock within you to do the same chores and action, once you distraught it, you feel uncomfortable, like if you sleep at that particular hours for years, it tend to be that way, or that you wake up within that hours, you will wake up with or without alarm.
So to infuse exercise time into your biological timming is somehow understandably a tall order, what you can do is do it slowly, first instill 15 minutes of light exercise into your daily actions. Slowly slowly increase to 30 minutes, and if you wish, you can go up to an hour. But I believe for TD, 30mins per day is enough.
Once the timming of exercise is set and built into your biological clock and timming of events, you will find yourself able to exercise, you become healthier, sharper, more active, younger and happier.
It needs passion
My exercise never really affect my sleep .....
In fact after badminton game ...... once 1am , i am back to my usual routine .
before 1am , body and shoulder a bit stiff , sleepy at times , but cannot really sleep type .
My body only can sleep around 6am , before sunrise .
