Not necesarrily abt complain. I drive CDG, this year i think got 5 complains by pax.
Yet not 1 time I got warning letter. Why? Because I insist I did nothing wrong and the fault is with pax who are unreasonable or it's a safety issue. You must know how to cover yourself, roughly you will know with experience which pax will complain and which wouldn't. The pax that will complain, you should know how to cover yourself.
I also got chase pax down from my cab and got f pax with bad words also, because they deserve it.
But when I'm wrong I apologise to pax, go wrong way (and after considering yes it's wrong) I give discount, say sorry for wasting his/her time. Who will complain like that?

Learn the rational way to defence yourselves, don't expect CDG to be understanding.
When paxs are abusive, even verbal abusive can kill, it is for the safty for both to reason it out with CDG.
Pax begin abusive can be use to cover your action, and is difficult to proof......
If the IO question and doubt about verbal abusive, demostrate it right in front of his face, with all his parents, wife, children and even himself, even thereafter, he still unable to get it, you still get to enjoy F ing them and give them a "good" time before leaving the company.
Cabby are giving those IO a good time, cabby fear them, cabby beg them........ this leading those IO feeling important and begin lacking of compassionate.

True....if you are reasonable and objective, CDG will also be.
Once I let-fly on a female pax who was really unreasonable and trying to use me as a punching bag.
Complaint came in and I explained that pax verbally abused me.
CDG io "orh, is it..", case closed.

Actually, complaint is still subjective in a sense, cdg knows it, they take it as a pinch of salt if you have been a good driver for them, paid your rent on time, not often get into accident of Own Fault and still argue with them insistently,Most of the time, it is those regularly get complained and prove to be true, then still keep telling lies, accident issue arguement till bang table here and there, will easily get into termination.
The rights to hirer a cab and return is the perogatives of a taxis driver
The rights to terminate or rent you a taxis is the perogatives of the taxis company.
To be fair, given no reason, cdg can terminate you without any reason, but then society do not work in a such a way, because if cdg or any other companies practice such thing, it will give the company a bad reputation. But then on the whole, they have the right to take back their cabs, as you also have to right to return their cabs and throw keys at them.

there will be new people joining the taxi drivers trade...
on the other side of the scale... everyday there are drivers throw key going on to other line of work...
actually only a veri minor percentage of TDs know about tis forum... much less read it...
the impact of tis forum is not as great as we think it is...

all i know is without an avenue for demand to be created , good enuff for me.
Anyway , im not too worried about getting complains from pax , i have been trained to deal with the most nasty SOBs out there.
im more worried how long more i have to stay in this shit to make ends meet.

i been long enough to be in CDG to see how lax they were , everything also can chum siong.
Those were the days their crowns are all lined up parked on the roof top of citycab bldg waiting for the illusive hirer to rent them.

Drive Comfort the more cocky or garang u are , the higher ur chances to lim kopi .
Drive CDG must wear Uniform if not collar shirt , not Polo shirt , if found , kim kopi .

As long as you know you dont do it on purpose, complaint come just explain nicely to the IO. They are also working people, you kpkb with them, they sure made life difficult for you. Be nice to people, be it pax or our company staff.
i have a lot of complaint from pax, but i believe one thing, we are improving ourselve daily. One day when we are very familiar with routes all these will disapear. Just drive on.
Only God or LTA can sack us, dont drive for Comfort got other company, we need to survive dont care what mickey mouse or not mickey mouse end of the day, we are the one face the pax, not those who comment us.

CDG's policy is dependant on their fleet take up rate.
Lesser take up - bo chup and lax attitude comes in
Fabulous take up - they will be out in full force to screw the TDs.
