Go jalan jalan bo jio,....I standby casket now, by monday should clear all disposal, but if got many sudden Heart attack one, then no choice, Tuesday, i will be free, I can pick you all up..no need jalan jalan, I can drive you guys along, see gum or not, if gum. I say a big no to any sleeping aid medication .
I only take Panadol , which is one of those medication that do not have any side effects .
proven .
Even when times i headache , i also dun eat , i massage my hand .
Unless very teruk , then i take .
Regularly foot massage can curb sleep disorder , not one shot cure , slowly .
