So sometime, might not be the pax fault.......as he/she already at lobby, is only operator don't treat them as more important pax...........
Especially your status of accepting cashless payment is HIGH.......so some time you will kanna ping pong here and there, so many operators in the control room.........
For me last time, once a job was cancelled, will straight do street job, or else high chances of kanna what I had mention above...........

You mean the yellow screen come out 1 or 2 times? Or the MDT sound blink 1 or 2 times? No wonder sometimes job cancel straighaway give another solid job just one turn. And iirc mostly is credit or cab charge...Now I know liao...SMLJ..

Prankster just follow those options and click and sent out ..... system generated as per their instructions . And the system just ssent according to their demand .
Komade , it has got nothing to do with operators , operator dunno anything one . Dun blame the operators .

Your juniors need to assessed again who to put their faith in to correct this problem.

Many other apps have this feature such as watsapps which I am using. whenever a fresh copy of the apps is installed the user will be prompt to enter the phone number and a sms verification done before user can be logged in. It is a one time process which I think can be implemented to taxi booking apps as well. the pax just need to log in and be verified once and he will be permanently be log in to the system. it is very frustrating to entertain such pranks and because of this some of my peers are actually boycotting such bookings. this also pose a problem for genuine pax when they need a taxi and the system is abused and there will fewer taxi available for them.
Good work Hammer , a CDG driver writing to them is the way to go. Proper channels should yield better results.

Feedback should be within the company and not come here and open up the flaws for all to see knowing someone will be on the sidelines to hit out & lurking anti CDG drivers waiting to pounce.

Actually i also thinking of jumping to silver , i think their calls are mostly Jurong to Pasir ris , pasir ris to Jurong. damn steam.
Otherwise how can hit 7k per mth? Lan jiao CDG calls all CMI one.

Yes i am very happy cos they created something i can bashed at them .... Got chance i surely whack , i no need to do pranks , i let others deal with it .

I let others informed them of those flaws . Kena until siow then feedback to them .
Ultimate intentions ...... awareness to everyone , including non cdg dvrs .
If CDG they knew it and still ignored it , prepare for more pranks , so simple .
