Every forums got its rule and regulation, in fact, everything also got it rules and regulations, if not, it will not function properly, just imagine if Taxis got no rules and regulations, most likely you see gangs of taxis drivers, fighting, whacking and quarrelling.
Moderators as the name imply, is just to moderate, in hokkien meaning, agar agar, he or she goes by the neutral way of everything, he or she must then be neutral in looking at thing, no kelong or favouritism involve.
And as for forumers, you just abide the rules and regulations, mods will once or other align it to suit the condition and enviroment, he or she shall guide and realign any forumers that goes out of topic or posted something against the regulation by communicating, if that particular forumer still insist on his or her action, then given no choices, banning is the last option.
Just remember, with a $50 in your pocket, whether you get banned, post deleted, locked or edited, that $50 is still inside your pocket, nothing to lose.

There's always a limitation on how much a TD can provide infomation.........too much will ended up someone claiming earning $7k per month........
Take it easy, roughly got an answer and move on.........
I also want to start thread, but knn always ended up tio locked, tio deleted.........this mod very fierce........

Think you got the wrong idea about my call to not hijack thread started by forummer. I am not bothered by these $6K/$7K issue.
I am more concerned on the "hijack" part. Some threads are becoming too long not because of relevant discussion but rather the irrelevant TCSS stuffs.

I would say TCSS is just a form of relaxation .... most of us here work so hard , when coming home , family all asleep , why so serious ? Chill down .....

Socially formed Forums page are so different from domains....
Furthermore, these subforums in Sgforums dun belong to anyone of us except.... the Administrator (like Jason)....
why get so serious in posting ?
Should we be more concern on our livinghood rather than sitting behind the computer 24/7 moderating the threads ???
Even SgForums' FireIce (probably paid by Sgforums for her time spend), won't be in the forums 24 hours around the clock also.
Subforum owners & moderators appointed (more than 4,200 subforums) won't be so ON-THE-BALL to monitor each threads round the clock lah.... even if u appoints 10 new moderators.
