Spamming & Banning in this forum is never the way to go .... i had already discuss with Jason and Fireice to get it fine tune nicely and slowly .
But need plenty of cooperations among us .

Ya clones is not the way to go. But hor did you come to an understanding that when mod delete our thread at least PM us to let us know what is the problem? PMs KUMLAN one arh??? Lol

Yes , then it's up to them to see if anything they need to fine tune ....
Cos it's always the case when one thread got deleted , follow by the ban .
If i deleted someone's else thread , i will highlight , duplicate thread .
Instead of totally deleted , i'll locked it up .
I already told Chief not to delete any threads here , just locked and when i come back , will see anything else can do besides deleting it .....
if i know what happen , i will do something ..... problem is i dunno , unless people highlight to me .

When TP book us, they will tell us the reason, and we got the right to appeal, when management want to pok someone or terminate a contract, they will still you the reason and there is still room for appealing.
Typically singapore is a lawful country, it allow mistakes to be make to a certain extend and changes it policies base on the fast pace of changing enviroment and time.
Therefore, in local forum, there must be a room given to reason out issue or at least give people the reasons for banning so that people can change for the better in the later part of his or her life.
Mods are in a way, creative people, rules their forums in a more flexible and understanding way, they should not don the strictness and hard rules of some management style.
Mods can alway get out of here and close this whole thing and we all can go on with our life and look for something else, but then, is it a need to go into such extend.
Even the hardest and souless management I deal with will at least talk to you before giving you the golden handshake, the right to hire and fire is their prerogatives, but as Mod, it is a total different condition. You need to do/make a courtesy call before executing your executive rights. As public forum, mods action and way of operating it, is alway in the eyes of the beholden, that is the forumers, the public, unlike management who call you to drink kopi in a dark office face to face.

I suggest implement warning system, for example, now my avatar flashes red, this is a warning from mod that I have violated some forum rule and I may be in danger of being banned soon.
So in order to find out more, I will PM to mod to ask why my avatar is red. This is only an example of what can be done.

Forum was not an organization and it will not be an organization..........
Whether you prefer to stick to 1 nick and post or register 100 nicks to post, nobody care........important is the contents forumers are posting...........
Administrators created this forum, we like it, we participate.......we like it, we open up a sub-forum for further discussion...........if we don't like it, move on and do other better things in cyberworld..........
Nobody need to report to nobody..........BUT the administrators are responsible for whatever forumers post down here...........there's few famous cases administrators kanna sue and force to shut down............so do you think they need to give face to someone they don't even know?..........
Just banning your nick already give face liao.........some even kanna ban IP address.........
Never, put too much heart and soul into forum posting..........aka aka tio ho...........
