TC i have tried booking twice in a row this week. Not prank la but seriously needed a cab so try out the apps.
Both time was successful. Within 5 mins taxi come to my location.
But i agree really can be abuse by pranksters.
some suggestion to those members who take calls .... esp those from CDG SMRT and TransCab .
Once confirm a job , call pax .
Genuine pax will answer your call .
Unless u only opt for numbers starting with 6 ...... that is almost impossible a prank like those from those smartphones app .
Danger is those number starting from 9 .
And it is always happened during midnight .
And those ulu places like Tuas South Ave 12 at all times .
before proceeding .
If App is clever , be even more brilliant than the app .
There should be less than 10% of your calls is NO SHOW or Job Cancelled .
