CDG have to understand , this app does generate revenue for them , but i do not agree with the procedure . The procedure does not favour the cabbies . Previous system was that good . When there is no itchiness , dun scratch !!!

Last night i was with one LV member driving a CityCab .....
I used his MDT to test out the whole Comfort Delgro App on an Android .
His MDT actually got the booking , after he press YES , the system did generate back to me. . the whole details .
Very fast .... in less than 1 minute .
But it took me ages to get the job cancell !!!!
It is impossible to cancell .
My android kept refreshing , updating ...refreshing ....updating data base ..... ages !!
So i can imagine how the whole system works .
In both consumers shoes and drivers as well .
So CDG drivers cannot blame caller for not cancelling the job , it took ages for them to cancell a job !!

i think more like u out to screw the whole system? lemme tell u , we have no problems getting calls , no show we move off and btw a smart CDG cabby will know what call to take and what call to reject.
If this basic knowledge of learning how to take a call with 0% of no show also dun wanna learn , then go drive the red and the watever , that one see on sight , can just pick N go. No calls to ever bother u.
When im otr , for every prank call i get , i will tekan the transcab and smrt apps too.
Silver might come out with their own app so better watch it.
And u think LV does not have its share of NO SHOWS? in fact when i was in LV , i kena more no shows than the entire time i was with CDG.

When i interview pax that book TC cab. Can say 70% of them never directly call TC to make booking.
They call 6342 5222 – or 6-DIAL CAB .
That number will divert to any cab company that phone line not engage at the moment. So if they dial and TC line not busy it will go to that number.
100% of the pax i interview don't know TC got mobile app for taxi booking. LoL
When i was with CDG , no one dare do pranks with Operator , no way .
Cos it's a Human Interactions .

I no sure police interested to deal with it .
It is good for them to aware of such loopholes for pranksters if every cabby whack those Apps from SMRT , TransCab and CDG , which there is a need to revamp the whole system .
I really dun mind some to whack SMRT and TransCab App cos it will keep those IT departments busy .
And also i think not so soon Premier come out with any apps , they dun even have any MDT .

My formerTransCab cck kaki at CCK area earlier , he said he tried out the booking app with his citycab friend after what he saw i wrote on the forum .
He tested for the system using a different number and he got that order ..... his friend blur blur pressed NO .
And his S3 Android still refreshing ...... almost 1 minute to desptach a taxi , with details .
In between my former transcab friend tried cancelling the order while refreshing , cannot !! He just cannot get the booking cancell , as long as the booking in procedure , he cannot cancell and 100% will despatch a taxi from CDG , despite his effort to cancell .
ETA 3-5 minutes on his phone .....
The taxi arrived in 4 minutes like that ..... before he arrived , my friend already cancelled the job ..... same refreshing ..... until one Comfort arrived , still refreshing .
Still haven't cancell .
This summed up those high volume of NO SHOW for paxes .

Those Booking Apps from different taxi companies really slow to despatch .
Whole process took 5 minutes .
That is always the problems for big companies .
If ATM never kena robbed $10 over thousand of dollars , no extra security needed
Until some hackers hack into their system , and start robbing off their money , then they do something about it .
