Button this year , Schmacher next year , Hamilton next ....
In 10 years , there will be 11 F1 driver racing with him at underworld .
No Mata , No TP , No LTA , no traffic light camera catch them .
We can also contract burning Rennault if he dun want Ferrari .

I think we better invest our money on property, join hand and buy a condo, then after 5 years sell, make money, share share, then look to buy 2 or 3 more, we can rent it out to foreigners to help pay out our monthly downpayment, sure can make money, now interest rates is low, good to borrow and invest.

i actually thought of this before and even brought it up at the last BBQ. Its an idea worth exploring but the last i know , for companies incorporated to buy property , bank will only grant 50% financing.

In every opening of condo or private property, the Q is alway there, especially so for those good location ones, and most are estate agents or maids, agents one shot take 20 to 50 units, whether can sell later or not, they are not worry, because once the condo is built, the price already gone up.
Few agents will gang up to buy, they share later, they can also apply for loan as a business entity, interest rate is now low, you put in money also low, you borrow also low, but rental is high,
Llike our taxis rental, ever going higher and higher, now do you think TC or cdg buy taxis with their money, no, all from banks, and we are the one paying the interest for them, and funny how, at the same time, we are also the one putting money into the bank.
So if you see the picture clearly, we are the bank depositor, the driver/worker and yet the high rental payer to them, for them, just shake legs and take the extra rentals left behind after the bank cut. This is capitalism at it very best
No business is good if you are using your own money, perhap maybe the start up principal for SME that may need shareholders to put it in the initial principal
SME = small and medium enterprise.

Time really bad liao....My AMK tenant tio pok liao....Whole division close down. Got one AT come viewing today ask me can reduce rent to $3K from my asking price $3.8K kanna left right center from me. KNN $3K go rent HDB lah....Lol
