Usually to stage an uprising, not so easy 1............
Especially you are talking about internet...........
If you miss that show(meaning not on-line) on that time........is very difficult to visualize and understand the whole picture...........
Many forumers will think......wtf you guys are doing.........
That's why I say a moderator in a forum is very important.........
Need not to be 1, you can have as many as possible........EDMW got 8 moderators.......hahaha
So with moderators, forumers got issue can pm, something to report, can pm, spamming also can report...........
The queen not a TD, of course won't understand all our topics, she see beh cum, she will delete..........
Anyway........Poolman is back, good.......is time to stir again........lol

but when come to dealing with outsider, defaming Taxi Driver, i will but all consciousness aside, and support Taxi Driver rationally.

A leader rule by his charismatic personality. Guide and lead his people without any authority.
Govt and manager rule by authority, without it, they are nothing, a leader is different, he leaves forever in his people heart, and even without authority, people will do as he command. That is the true leader.
For govt and manager, if thing get caught up, they will push or leave immediately and nothing is of their concern. A leader stay by his peoples thru thick and thin of the problems.
To be a manager, is much easier, to be a leader, it need to mould for years, and history alway remember a leader, never a manager.
Most of us are leader of a family, and base on that, our family will listen and remember us .

Simply put - picture the this forum as a football club.
Jason is the owner - Roman
Fireice is the chairman/CEO - Phil Kenyon
Poolman is the manager - Di Matteo.
Owner appoints the chairman and tells what he expects. Chairman then hires a manager to run the show, explaining the guidelines, owner's expectations and what's expected (results).
Manager then runs the team, makes selection, tactics etc.
Same here, Fireice is given authorithy to ensure certain standards are met and monitor forums progress, see if the Mod is doing his job or not.
But she shouldn't interfere with his job by taking over tasks that are his duties like deleting threads, locking them etc. All this is Poolman's job. Only if it gets out of control then should interfere by removing Poolman as a Mod.
If she doesn't like how certain threads are developing or whatever, she should alert him first and tell him to do something or give his reasons for allowing them, not straight barging in, deleting threads, locking them and banning ppl.
Basic courtesy is to alert the Mod first and let him do it.
Like football you can't have the owner or chairman picking the team, choose tactics etc.

You are partly right..........
But the Queen got the power to overthrown any decision make in SgForums...........and she need not to get your permission.........
Forum is not an organization..........the basic fundamental of running a forum already been set long long time ago(google more.......)
Poolman is the owner of this sub-forum, but he can't possibly monitor 24/7 on what's happening down here, that's why selection of moderators is important, round the clock, someone had to monitor(although sgf are a very slow sites,lol)..........
Even everything is properly lay down........something's go wrong, the Queen still have the power to step in..........The Queen don't pick this sub-forum, is forumers who are interested, open up this sub-forum for discussion.........but the whole responsibility of upkeep the whole SgForum in good order still under the Queen not Poolman..........
So this is the different...........nobody report to nobody, is rules of engagement lay down from Forum posting...........

If you are the Mod, jolly well put that title in...........
Like what I had say before, you integrated forum and real life beautifully, but, down here still got many many many don't buy this 'ideas', especially forumers from other sub-forum, you can't just think on your side, you had to think the whole picture, even me was a life example for you to visualize, we never met before right?......and it won't happen also......So can I post what I want?.....you can't fark me in real life mah.........think towards that, than you will understand Queen feeling..........
A lot of forumers just wanted a place to vent their anger and stress...........when I come in and on top read "unmoderated".......ho seh liao, whack ah........
In real life, you think all taxi uncles and level same same, that's your problem, in forum, you don't show authority, how forumers will know?........if sgf was a very fast moving site like EDMW, cabby forum will be attacked by unknown source non stop.........
Btw, I'm not siding anyone.......I'm just stated the rational behind all this issues..............Communication? You don't need it in CyberWorld..........
