In LV , every member knew i sided with them ahead of the kiosk people .
I remember on a Monday night , LV87 shouted he got SMRT call , ahead of LV call .
I tried the number , and indeed , no one answered !
I quickly got Jenny to divert to me ....... and can do paging on the spot .
I apologzed to members for the hiccups and got them to be patient while i prepare to get myself ready to do paging .
That day the controller is Emily .
When u are tied up woth other jobs , dun page !
Get someone else to do it .
Dun do her things and neglect LV hotline , she is the one to answer the hotline !
Emily one of the Chief , i no scare ?
I dun scared anyone .
I do what is right for the members .
In the end , LV09 was handover the job that night .
If i didn't call and found out that the hotline was not answered , she will just act blur do her own thing . We dun allowed that .
I embarassed her on the spot that hotline no one answered , and i will answer all calls instead .
Everyone of LV members knew Poolman as one that i never sided with management one .
Management did anything wrong , i will just shoot .
Bottomline case , it has to benefit all members .
Morale of the Story ?
Members make up the numbers in LV.
U can have one super management , without it's members , LV is impossible to succees as a team .
