Anybody interested to tell their mileage clocking?
I'll start.
300km on a 9 hour, includes meal time, refuel
Mileage clocking doesn't meant anything deh......
sometimes when u clocked 300km, you only made $120-$150, becos u are empty on the return trips (back to town, especially when you are on night shift after midnight).
sometimes you clocked only 50km, but you have $500-600 in your pocket.... becos you are doing 12 hours booking disposal....
Yes, mileage can be sweeping and sweeping until park one side and start weeping after seeing the mileage at so high but no paxs...
Or

Last night almost 300km right?
me average 350 to 400 km for 12-14 hrs shift, but income only xx dollars!
I find pax quality worsening after CNY. My mileage is up 15% since then on average on same earnings.
Ang Mos are starting to get lesser. Indians going to Tg Rhu also lesser.
See a lot of ABC in town now. Most of our local junior bankers seem to have pay raise and spending more. CBD Calls also lesser now. Want to do CBD must really know max boundary limits.
My 300km still hit just above $xxx.
Economic is not as good as last time, so you tends to see a downward trends in your earning, unless you put in more hours, but that will be extra work and stress.
When expatriates first arrive here, they spent happily, then end up monthly see less money, after some time, they become like locals, and spent like locals, so you will see less tips, and also less flagging for cab when there are MRT and buses.
But not to worry, our land is still a haven for most rich peoples and certainly, a good tourist spot, and as we increase our main population to 6 millions plus the ever increases of tourists and those foreigners' relatives visiting our PRs, new citizen, WP holders and expatriates here, transportation industrial is still very much a booming one both short and long term in concern.
However, thriving in Taxi driving are alway compensated by the ever increase of rental and fuel prices with newer cabs, and that is where TD earning is still very much in stalemate whereas Taxi companies are booming with good annual profitable reports.
The end result is therefore, for a TD, who is the frontline customer servicemen, the driver, the user and at the same time, the renter and the fuel user, would end up only having a faster vehicle, better seating, more comfy interior, but still have to hold steering while taking in almost the same earning if not less.

go GL look for bak kua??
Talk about Bak kua, I going to peng bak kua soon, go peng with those bak bak aunties and PRC gals.
Alamak, Milage is for maintenance purpose, TD should not be looking at milage, you should looking at the summary of your earning.
Yah lor ..... dun worry about mileage .
Just got enough money buy food on the table okay liao .
True, even you sell or buy second hand car, people will look at the milage, the higher the less value, as a super relief, sometime I also look at the cab milage, not that I am choosing, but some are real high for a 2 year old cab..walan, dunno how they drive, no day, no nite one. Some only 100k over..wha lan, rent cab for own use, must be. But I careless, cos the most important is the earning, and of course the cab condition.
mileage less less $$ more more is the best~~~~~~
