in our walk of life, it is very important to know our position in the society, esp during the course of our main income resources, that is our job.
so far, there isn't any job that can allow you to be rude, to be impatient, to be so direct to customer.
Even the highest position availiable in this country, The President and Prime Minister do not project such image to the public, What is the acceptance level a Taxi Driver can be allowed?
