Super Relief procedure

If i have a guy taking over my shift for 10 days, is it a norms to collect 10 days rental once agreed?
If not, what if he back out last minute and I will have problem getting someone to take his place?

How about some hirer's not steady, last minute cancelled the super relief's job, giving all sorts of reasons ?
I encounter many times leow ...

A good super relief won't put you aeroplane........normally once confirm, will be confirm, this are their rice bowl, once reputation no good, next time will be very hard to dang jiak...........
I don't know about others, this 2 super relief I use to engage, si beh steady one...........self collect, meaning, they come and collect vehicle from me, same goes for returning..........price reasonable, and best part is, full settlement upon collection..........
Meaning, if 3 days, will pay you 3 days rental upfront, 5 days, 5 days upfront, no limitation.............
Only cons is, cleanliness of vehicle not inclusive, of course had to agree in advance........meaning, he don't need to clean nice nice and return to me...........I find that is still acceptable.............
Those Super Relief who chunt a lot of pattern 1, very soon, they will find themselves bo business, especially for limo relief, don play play.........the mouth of words spread damn fast 1.........

Just curious why hirer set agreement super relief pay upfront 3 days first? Wat if the super relief have no cash to upfront?
My hirer go japan 1 week never even ask his normal relief and super relief upfront! When he come back i ask him how to pass the 3 days i drove rental $150... Still ask me hold first... Dont worry... when see him pass him the $$$ ..Haha..

What I mean is this 2 super relief offer to pay the rental in advance, and they usually deal that way.........
Is very rare, that's why during holiday season, must book them in advance........

It all down to negotiation.
Rental Rate, Payment Term. Collection/Return, Car Wash.....etc
if any party want to win in every area, well.......wait lor
if any party scare to lose in any area, well..... also wait lor
Both will end up with, NO DEAL
Give and Take, is the keyword to deal with anything
If TS feel insecure about the payment term, can set to a 50 upon collection, 50 upon handing over.
Most important is to meet your objective
And do you intent for a longer relationship, for ease the next round.

Wha lau 10 days rental, I super relief you know, but no money to pay 10 days lah, maybe 3 days upfront ok, if only hirer also super poor or keng all the way type.
Most hirers will let go one lah, come back then settle, but some hirer give you his account nos, then told you every 2 days put money inside, let said I get $75 per day, so I put $150 every 2 days, like this can earn first mah

I am not worry abt him not paying me but rather what if last min at the airport, he tell me he cannot do it. How am I going to find a replacement?
anyway, I just learn that it's only 6 days. Guess I just let it lay idle there, lesser stress.
Dun expect my current relief to capitalize on it knowing how idle he is, If he can drive his own 12 hours shift full, already an achievement. Everyday come back 2 hours earlier and clock around 160km, dunno what he do during this 10 hours. Haha, btw, he doesn't know where the coconut tree is.

Dunno coconut tree sometime also good, because there are many durian trees out there, all herd under the coconut trees, siao liao.
Why care what yr relief did, as long as he pay you nice nice, there is no need to bother or wonder what the fark he is doing, he may be looking at you and wonder why you drive over 200km for what, siao bo?

we can only do your part to minimise losses during a Holiday, that is get a super relief.

Taxis belong to Taxi company, you park under the carpark and paid them, of course TC very happy lor, you ask someone to utilise it, make money out of it commerical value, better right. But then, to do that, you hv to give and take, afterall, most of us super relief are only driving for a short duration, the relationship with our hirers are short, sometime, same hirers will call for our help again, because we already provide the trust with them.

,knn if cannot give how, as TD, must know our living standard mah, we are those earn as we go, so if cannot pay, can do BJ for him to cover or not??

Since when did I demand for 10 days rental? Read properly before u comment. Make me feel like a real unreason person. If u wanna say u never say I demand, can be explain what U mean by the one highlighted in red?

I have never had a super relief before so I am just finding out the market practice and yet u shaft that accusation right into my throat. And still dare to BJ me some more. WTF! A real case of being "kay kiang" while trying very hard to be "kiang".
Anyway, just to update I already found one liao, or rather, he found me.
Give me $100 as deposit and agreed to transfer the rental daily into my account and once return vehicle, return the deposit. All these initiated by him.

happens to be an aunty to super relief for her sonata....................
she quoted him $90 for super relief where the market rate is $70-$80...................
