i started not long ago with this company but i meet 2 problems i hope the old birds here can help give advise
this company insist drivers must continue pay or giro rent even if car is under servicing. they say they will refund back the downtime. but from my experience so far, their refund takes very long, like usually once or at most twice every month. they can offer other replacement cars during servicing but all the cars i took all have problems on the same day or after one or two days. end up still go back again and again and again..so the problem becomes paying the rent during downtime of 1 bad car, but still get another bad car like that how?
second problem is i suspect this company will quietly suspend any driver who feedback car problem too many times. but the issue is so far all their cars all have problems!..and if the driver feedback car problem more than a few times, then they will not inform the driver his car is ready to collect after service or there is available car for his use..but in the meantime the driver must still continue paying rent!..it is like the driver is sponsor to them to pay for their cars even when their car is bad cannot drive.

Change to another TC.
Then you can feel the difference.
i dislike forumers to create a nickname ,came in to ask for advice , and try to hide the name of the taxi company .
I here ,we dun cover up toomuch , we practise exposing those shit from them .

If u are driving a TransCab Wish , just say TransCan Wish , only they have abundanace of replacements for you to chose , CNG components aging , most got problems .
TransCab are like that .... can squeeze , they squeeze until the last drop .
Imagine they need to pay $450 levy per month for all one china mechanic ...... they where got manpower to service all small problems ?
Lets say .... they have 50 mechanics , to service TransCab Crown and Wish .
Then they expand Chevy .... still same 50 mechanics .
Where got time to pay attention to your feedback ?

unlikely... not the practise to give replacment car...
few months back... car in workshop for almost a week... empress dowager say no replacement car... u drive till no day no nite... take a rest... no need pay rental...
accounts swee swee... all downtime reimbursed... onli complication is there is one rent free day... and incentives..
coz on the last day of the month... me no pay rental... statement online shows all reimbursement done and all off set in order liao...
collect car time... ask admin about rent free day and incentives... she say not entitled... coz last day of month cannot deduct rental...
went to see empress dowager.... she says... oh ya hor... tis one not your fault... so on the 10th... incentives... rent free day all swee swee given...
to quote one of our juniors who recently join LV...
"muz talk nice nice soft soft then they swee swee do for u de"...
like tat hor say out the company lar wats there to hide??
so far drive red for one year plus liao...
put aside accident cases...
no major issues... normal servcing... ensure u know wat is the problem with the car before send in...
even if not mechanically incline... at least indicate things like:
"steering wheel turn to end got woon woon woon soound"....
"brakes when step till end got crack crack crack sound"...
"accesolate time car jerk forth and back"...
juz like seeing doctor... muz tell doctors all the symtoms... easy easy...
if juz throw the car in and say spoil... but dun know where spoil... den how the mechanic know the problem and to fix it?
minor maintenance...
half hour plus sure can be done and on the way liao...
accounts... swee swee... not a single cent error.... all cashless reimbursed... all incentives given...
even for credit cards... say above certain amount muz bring receipt to admin... never do also reimbursed...

sometimes we can't insist everything to be in tip top conditions,even the newest or latest cars also can breakdown!so if the car still can drive,then drive on!for me even my MDT got problems,i also drive on!unless if got major problems like air con breakdown,engine can't even move even in 5th gear to 80 km/hr then u complain!for me,even going up hill,using 3rd gear cannot then change 2nd gear,we need to compromise!can't have everything in perfect conditions to be able to drive!unless u drive that car can't even make xx dollars!

Sg taxi industries changes as fast as many people would expect.........
TS should list out your company and seek advise from the relevant drivers who are with the company.............

Can also be referring to people like me, my bird below very old already, sometime needs medicine to get started, and since driving TD for sometime, can also consider as Old bird Taxis driver liao.
In TC, there is a lot of different between driving Wish and Epica, the treatement are different, the servicing are different and I dare to say, those driving TC Epica are treated better. So, epica are alway swee swee good good
Wish is a start pts of TC, to break into the market, they do a push selling, low rental, high rebate and cheap CNG, so furious and fast that people like our chief also join in the gang, the so call the red gang and within a year, they are nos 2 on the market, followed by alot of hearsay, truth say and horse say, it did very well in the first few years, until the CNG hike come into the picture, it cannot go on sustaining it cost, so get the korea assembled Chevrolet epica in, ordering it together with Smrt to tap on the niche of the economy of scale.
So, the focus now is on Epica, the shift of focus with higher rental, lower rebate, good diesel sales, forget about CNG station all those problem, these ultimately would make them treat Epica drivers better, as for Wish, which is anytime a better car than Epica, more expensive, is left to scavange whatever they can from the driver who are still paying low rental and get high rebate.

he was in intensive care, the doctor said, heart problem, dunno what he took, so I show the doctor the pill he gave me, doctor said, it mercury tablet, why he took mercury tablet, these tablet are for melting and use in thermometer or other industrial usage, not for consumption.

What they want you to do is throw keys, see if can makan yr deposit, or alternatively, they want you to take their newer cab at higher rental and lower rebate..now playing hide and seek with you, see if you can tarhan or not.
I think basically for driving Red is that you pay on time and dont get into accident, Jasmine will be very nice to you.
She may even help you on some of your difficulties, like traffic summon.
But if you got problem with the basics, you are just another piece of shit in her black book.
I used to pay rental one month in advance.
When return vehicle, got some minor scratches.
Got back my deposit in under 3 weeks.
But their workshop CMI one.
Aircon not cold, have to go back 4 times.
They not only waste my time, they also waste their company's resources.
