Premium Queue with additional subcharge

if there is a premium queue for customer to cut queue, this is alleviate passenger frustration and reduce complaint for long wait for Taxi.
It can be put up for all areas in CBD and just outside CBD where queue is especially long
at any time of the day.
Says $12 subcharge?

For example the queue at Takashimaya, super long, some passenger prefer to jump jueue from the 30th position. He can join the premium queue, only 5 ppls in the row.
Or at Ion orchard , same thing can be done.
The Pemium Queue is useful for Taxi Stand that is typically slow moving and long ppls queuing.
Now, they have additional choice.

Normal taxi stand - Long queue of passengers.
Premium taxi stand - Long queue of taxis.
Both sides waiting and staring at each other. Might have riot. Taxi drivers vs passengers.

As a TD, I learn 1 thing very important pertaining to plying the road.........
Which is.........FARK CARE THE PASSENGERS........
They can't get taxi, not our problem.....
Taxi Stand Pax long queue, not our problem.......
On-Call no taxi, not our problem.........
I start engine, I drive, collect fare, round the island, finish work, off engine........other than that, not my problem........
Mr L office got so many graduate or school high high type, leave that problems to them........
I follow strictly to R & R set by Mr L........
Some like to eat carrot within CBD, some like to interview, some refuse to pick up......etc, if we are doing all this, than the problem become TD problem........
Don't understand my quote never mind........life still go on......
