Sometime I take cab, I see theres a small stand (without the machine I think) at the place where ur left elbow is at when ur hand is on the gear (driver).
But I recalled seeing only a stand, there's no gadget on it yet. maybe not yet installed.
So is NFC payment already enabled on taxis or still need to wait for it? Not many phone out there can do NFC...

At the moment, only available to starhub mobile customers with an NFC phone, and a DBS account. What are the chances?
The technology ain't new, been in use in the USA for awhile, I see it being used on TV dramas last last last seasons.

seems like it is deducting from the credit card limit, so does it means that plus the admin fee + GST as well?
no news from Comfort or anywhere yet...maybe currently only a small handful of Taxi are equip with the device or the current NETS machine can accept payment??
well, only have to wait for answers from the company...if pax asking to pay by this method...just act

My stand is still the same.........Singapore TD are not ready for cashless including me........
The transaction is just too small in each trip.........
Company want to earn that admin fee.......so volume to them is important.......
But TD.......SMLJ, got volume got extra or not?........
As an alternative, I agree........COMPULSARY? KISS MY ASS.........

2 Nets Cards, 3 Credit Cards.........all NOT APPROVED.......
Keep telling me, cannot be 1, your system got problem........
Than I TL liao, take out my own card and swipe infront of him.......in less than 2second, Approved.....
My only word to him........"Be a man, bring some cash with you next time, don't be like a gu niang, what, don't bring cash one......."....knn......
