  what I mean is that LTA can extend the surcharge longer since they want us to "help" pick up pax around that area mah..end up I got an on-call to pick up at swiss hotel stamford..which is $2.30 nia..compared to the $5 surcharge..

  maybe because of the 50% midnight charge, thats why they choose to end at 12mn..
