under the Law Of Attraction, there will be more of of such incident going to happen to you, make sure your camera are LTA approve models.

sure they will reply, give standard reply, but whether they act is another issue altogether.

those video we taken, can only uses as a reference, it require specialise to endose its originality before it is able to produce as evident in court.
you need to have other form of solid evident to support your accusation, or get your video verified at your own expenses.
TP or LTA bo budget to do it free for every video recieved.

Sent it in, LTA ,TP will do nothing. Not because they can't be bothered, but because they can't do anything. You think so simple, you send video, they summon.
You must be the complainant, you must be the witness, you must be willing to come forward. The video only support you.
Starting point, you do down and make report personally.
