I have seen a lot.........
Once TD join certain taxi group, they started to become dependent on it.........
Than, they started to volunteer this, volunteer that for taxi stand........
Than, later part, they will think that taxi stand can't do without him.........
Than, he try to overwrite the boss.......
Than, he started to create "politic".........
Than, suddenly, his line been terminated.........or due to some unhappiness, he resign........
Than, he realised, after so many donkey years, taxi stand still around(some taxi stand is even older than CDG)...........hahaha
Unless you are the boss of the taxi stand.......or else, just take it as an extra tool to make a living for taxi driving..........

Pyschological speaking, as I said before, you must understand human herding mentality, you see, human are part of the animal kingdom, the so called homo saipen in the animal kingdom, the most intelligent ones, but still harbour an animal instinct, that is why you see killing, raping and bad stabbing still around even you said human are civilised,Have a herding mentality, human also move in herd, just need a head to direct them, like ah pool as the shepard who bring many to wish and LV, and then suddenly you see him disband from wish and all the rest scrambling here and there with not much of a direction waiting for the re grouping to come around.
Human are also community bonded creature, they like to herd together and also the feeling of sense of belonging, gain or not is therefore another matter. That is also how gangsters, mafias, taxis stand comaderies and govt is formed.

It is forever a changing world, the new younger taxis who are coming are still in their 20s, hovering outside for an opportunity, after all, what is O level today, even soft diploma certified people are driving taxis, now, if you look the youngs of today, they are much independent, unlike our time, where we need kakis to get together, go around geyland and enjoy each other companies, the new ones can go without friends, but cannot go with a smart phones or pad.
Human face to face interactive are on the decline since earlier 90s, and Iphone cum galaxy and many others make it more worst. You look at public places like MRT or on the street, or even inside taxi as your paxs, how the youngs or even the adults behavor in comparing to our time in the 70s and 80s, most are looking at a small screen, the interaction community had changed.
Quite sometime ago, I did post one post on smart phone booking of the future, in it, I did mention talkies wil be history in the coming decades, maybe the last standing could be LV due to their good sales people like ah pool. And this is become true day by day, with younger choosing for apps than talkies, and that companies are opting for apps and GPS/mdt call, pax are feeling more comfortable with apps, The future of TD, I believe can drive alone.
The human race is leading toward a individual future of knowledge, knn, even today, my nephew and niece never call me Uncle unless told to by their parents, all on Iphone or samsung,..for the benefit of fun, just imagine what the future lies,
