  Not covered up , all disclose to drivers .

  When i was there waiting for my pax ...

  He was there too ...... right after the taxi stand .

  Then maybe NO SHOW , he turn out , make a three point turn , and go in knn ....

  Dunno why he dun just come out u turn infront and go by normal turn in , funny .

  He drove against traffic flow.Before that he entered fro the wrong side that caused the 2nd offence.one leads to another.
