TP at Ubi told me when I went there to pay my summon, I was driving a new casket volvo MPV at 120 at KPE, $200+ 6 demerit pts, no appeal granted,Then I asked them why some never get it, they said, anything above 80 to 90, is only a warning to slow down, after 90, they will summon you, sometime is the whole group of vehicle travelling at 80++, so they give a warning, if by the second traffic camera, you still at 80++ and camera, they will call you in 4 demerit pts plus $150 for ah kong.
When you pay so much, at least get some consultant services from them
I actually got 3 flashing at KPE, but only once get summon, because of the earlier 2, I thot can chiong, then lan lan pay and forget lor.

TP also told me usually at KPE, like I said earlier, motorist who enter KPE might be travelling at 90 or 100 and cruise in, every entry of KPE got camera flashing, like from ECP or buangkok side, you see people driving and forget about the speed limit at KPE, but as you move along, if you still do not slow down, another flash is paying time.
So, beware when you just enter KPE, many thot it is CTE..I was one of them.
