Abuse's wife say to Tzarh her husband drunk , forgive him .
Still Tzarh sent him to Tampines Police Station , sort for assistant .
Inside taxi , abuser like Big Triad Gangster , ya ya kapala , see police became cowards hahahaha

I asked Tzarh if he collected the taxi fare , yes good for him , he got his $30+ taxi fare .

Glory I don't think so, think that's the proper way to settle dispute in a mature and "gracious" way. most Pax always treat TD with no respect, just cos we drive cab they think we all uneducated good for nothing old Singaporean and since they pay the fare they think we are their personal driver -

Ice, it is definitely not an "in" thing to send pax to police for any dispute... You can say it easy as you are never in this situation before... I will bet that you will definitly feel scare on the wheels with such a pax behind We drivers just want to drive safely and earn our fare. Take the money and spend it with our family. We will not want to put ourself in danger in any case....... The main reason police is needed that is becuz the pax is not in any sober state to reason. No matter what you say, the pax will not listen and will continue his abuse......Worse some will even hit you or destroy things in cab. Also rem Quan Yifeng case??? She is not even drunk..... -

let me analyse the profession - 20,000 taxis on the road * 20 trips = 400,000 trips/day
say 20 of such case per/day = 0.005% . professional hazard?
dun drive a taxi if u think this is too much for u

We drive public transport, actually nothing wrong with sending to police. Same rules apply to public buses, once passenger verbally abuse, threaten, or disrupt the driver in any manner, first thing they taught to do is call police. Think lce either those type look down on taxi drivers or never take public transport before. So many of those "stop abuse" poster in bus and "gracious" poster in mrt and buses still can ask me look up in dictionary. ROFL

Because he did the right thing !!!If every cabbies do not report cases , abuser might keep on abusing , then cabbies keep on do not report , scared of trouble , in the end , many drivers willkena such abuse .
