Frankly speaking, nothing to do with me, kepoh nia......
If this machine don't cost so much.......some will really HUAT like nobody business.......
According to feedback.......pushing card make easy and successful rate getting higher........and only 3 days on the road nia.......

either u took a paid cut about 8-900 dlr per month with normal working hr
or spend more time otr..

became relief a month ago from hirer.
if merc so good, won't have merc hirer calling asking me to switch from my sampan to drive merc.
good luck to the new cdg merc hirers. its not that you can't earn, but now have to give more than a pound of flesh before you can even earn.
liao jiaos will cope after a while, but new birds... you'll burn your life away.

Yes, especially those who are bringing up a family, lao Jiao are not only able to cope as they hv experiences, but also being Lao, most of their kids already working, therefore there isn't much pressure on them other than enjoying a new merc.
For the younger newbies, it is an uphill task, saw a few in town sweeping in the rain, knn

what make u think that a lau jiao must be based on age?
currently for the past few years, TD average age is getting younger. A young TD can be OTR since his 30s. By 10yrs in the industry, is he not considered experienced?

i saw a couple of new merc OTR , the drivers look either farking shagged , moody or just plain listless.
3X88 - Shagged look on his face
99X - knn even with POB and metre almost 30 over bucks ( i can see coz side by side with him , he also not smiling , face farking moody.
why huh??

its ok ............. still better than in the service............. juz finished my reservist............
1 regular i talked to last yr during my reservist zhun zhun ORD the day i went
back, then another 3mths later bye bye lor~~~~ my batch ger juz throw letter
then another 1 next yr mar leaving............. u say leh................
in fact im a happier person now than when i was in the service............
knn 3 weeks reservist doing their routine i olredi buey tahan liao..........

Saw 2 of them early morning at CQ, knn, I relax and interview, ah wood, ah shun, sorry, then these 2 came in, just pick only...really very yao lao, one older merc infront of me, still reading zhao bao. Lim pei aim one Boon Lay, knn, kenna clemeti, also not bad -
