Even driver seat had to manual adjust.....wtf

Pay more and get less is unacceptable, wonder if many regret taking up. Drive E class w/o electric seats is really damn sick plus many sensors being opt out ( i hope its not safety related features) by CDG to save money. Then it's just a new shell with no new technologies (thumbs down) :(
No wonder profits so much la, LOL. During the 90's, car distributors will indent the most basic model to save on taxes so that they can enjoy a higher profit margins. Due to competition, distributors are succumbing to buyers' demand for more factory options being made standard. I hope this trend will span across to taxi coys haha....

SMLJ A++ scheme....bluff people one lah....KNN this morning a go to a Satellite hotspot at a open car park at east side...There is a new $159 Mercs already there.....then I go park 2 lot beside him....then come a Maxi....then another $123 Mercs.....I haven't smoke finish the cigarette my MDT Ding liao....I only scheme A nia....The $159 Mercs eyes open big big when I wave him good bye.....Lol

You mean the center display is empty? And the seat hot to manual adjust? You mean like those level operate ones? I tot Mercs standard is electric seat at least driver side?

I think most of them take the new Mercs bo durian one leh....Seen so many sweeping on the road....Last night even saw one around 10pm++ close to 11pm liao fetching ah neh to Punggol Drive.....
Feel like knocking his window and ask him....."SIN CHIA HOR HUA BO? CHIA SER KI LAI LIAO BO????" <===="New car nice to drive? Rental up already?"....LOL

Even seen one tio snook go into Thomson Plaza blinking light end up queueing behind a Green sampan and Blue sonata @ 5++pm....Got durian job need to do this kind of thing meh?.....

I think some take the new Merc without thinking carefully, just wanna drive new car.
But if really got less features, even rental not so high also not worth it.
Driving a merc is an experience (I only drove petrol ones so dont know abt diesel ones). Part of that experience is the features that makes the drive smooth and stress free.
But to take this out, that out, forget it la. Like telling you go to casino, but only allowed to play slots and blackjack, rest cannot.
If you are existing Merc driver with experience or have good KT, then you can take if you calculated carefully.
But you Merc driver like to sweep type or worse Sonata/Azera with little experience driving limo cab, then as Red5xx says, you gonna end up paying mre rental for nothing, and will have to work extra hard just make what you already earn driving a normal cab.
Plus if it's not comparable to a normal Merc car on the road, without features and has better chance of getting spoilt or having minor issues frequently since it's not the assembled in countries where Mercs are usually assembled, then even with experience or KT, you gotta ask, worth it or not to let the company profit while you slog and dont get the real thing?
For me, it will be a no based on these factors.

CDG will opted out one lah.....
knn.... just simplying the shell (body) + engine + wheels.... any other functions... u won't get at $159

Of course taxi belong to company, we as a drivers got no say.......
Many months back, Comfort showcase a very beautiful E class at Sin Ming......
Certainly, I'm happy I'm not lure into getting this new SHIT......
Regret? I don't think so, new car, new smell, new new new.....not forgetting many upgrade from Euro3 to this current Mercedes, they had forgotten what is call features......
Had a joy ride in one, COMFORT zone, number 1.....Stablility no horse run.....Stereo sound system, like cinema......Noise level, a small fark also can hear.......Performance of the vehicle, Sonata and Chevi or even Skoda got to watch out.......
BUT, still can't get over those features been taken out, from reliable source, it only save CDG for a mild 5k, why don't make drivers more happy as they are paying a PREMIUM PRICE.......
The driver seat suppose to be auto adjustment, ie once driver sit on it will auto adjust to your comfort level.......
Of course taking out all this feature will save them on maintainance cost in the future also, but still wtf.......
Maybe if CDG got a choice, they might remove the airbag also.....
If one had driven a private plate Mercedes before, this is shit......If not, like some had say, brand new Mercedes, Si tio Si loh......
