So he is a Graduate Taxi Driver but only know 99%. How many years he study to be Graduate Taxi Driver?

If any TD knows all the street and road names in singapore,
no need to drive taxi liao, can be minster of Transport liao. -

in primary school , i were never taught to use calculator of 1x2 , 2x2 or 3x3 . . . we memorised it . Neither my son and daughter . Not until primary 6 . . then he is train to use scientific calculator .
if count math all can used calculator to count , math teachers all lose their jobs lo .

ironically most drivers who got fucked for cocking up those trips was never those who used the old school method , are those who use technologies .
those with tech gaughets should be tip top drivers , not those the other way round .
but realistically . . old school drivers currently still on top.

As a primary school driver, I always ask minister or passenger for postal code to enter into GPS. Then I tell minister or passenger, I am new and need directions. Minister or passenger not happy, can always take another taxi or direct me nicely.

those who currently required a gps to navigate to pax's required destinations , challenege yourself ! Leave gps at home for the next two weeks , and test yourself without a gps , and see how it goes, and give yourself a conclusion , if u are up for the job ?

Cabby A , pick some paxes to Tuas Road , No 33 .
Simple clear cut , GPS sent them to exact location via PIE .

Cabby A just take , cos got World's Best GPS .
CDG navigation also lead the way .

Here you go ..... If that cabby A learn where's Gul Circle . He will never have problems at all , he would never had pissed customers off .

I will be disappointed if an OMO took longer to master Singapore than a new relief driver .
Cos OMO works longer , slightly 25% more time on the road .
If calculate in terms of hours ..... OMO should have master Singapore , equivalent to 3:1 .
Relief take 3 days , OMO take 1 days ratio .

If a relief master the basic in 3 weeks , i expect nothing more than 1 week for an OMO .

Dat day took a call . pax say 1 Tuas Road (Sony), when I use the new IVD by CDG to search 1 Tuas Road, the pax use his fingers to point at the screen and say must enter by Gul Circle ...
So actually TD not only can talk , can show lagi better ... hahaha

Everywhere i go i key in to my phone GPS.. LoL, even when go Toh Guan pump gas, not that i need the direction to go there, cos the GPS app i use on my phone got live traffic incident report, so far quite accurate.
My cab no radio :(
