Time to find a new job !!!! Dun drive a cab , why ?
Now PM Lee Hsien Long start to allow single to buy house from HDB directly , new house .
Drive a taxi very hard for them to approve , unless u submit $36,000 annum in income tax , plus they want to see at least $8000 in saving .
Subit $360000 per annum income tax , medisave alot of money to fork out , around $900 a year . Cash .

I always encourage bachelor cabbies to start a family .
Have children .....
Then when u drive a cab , u'll have different motivations .
Esp have children , u'll have that drive to drive just for them .
