Now very cheap....Petrol kiosk seen selling $70 with dicount. Normal price should be $100 region for basic type. With GPS date type is around $300 up. I got mine for $399 with member discount at Challenger....

I was looking at the same Garmin GPS with the camera package. I actually took 3 weeks before making a decision on the GPS and camera. The main reason I did not choose the Garmin is:
1. If GPS has problems, u loose camera function also.
2. Speed of ur vehicle is reflected on ur video, ur speed may be used as evidence in case of an accident.
In the end, I bought a separate GPS and a car cam. SMRT said that they will installing a camera on my new Epica, so I can still use the car cam I bought on the rear window to record traffic behind my taxi. Flexibility I guess. Anyway, I bought a WayWay 4033 GPS from Challenger and a Blackview car cam online with 2x8Gb Mem card for a total of $220. Both equipment performing well....
