AP queue

can u guys share your opinion abt cutting queue at ap...like some driver fall sleep and behind one never try to alert him and just take over and continue... is it really worth to behave like that ? same thing can happen to you , me , him also.. so desperate or being smarter ! or greed ?

Aiyo... It is a common practise to Jump Q at AP if the taxi is unattended (TD may be in toilet)... Or some TDs are sound asleep in their business vehicle... Be polite... Don't disturb their sleep.... Pls overtake them quietly.... Haha

It is rude to disturb people who are sleeping.... So, just overtake them quietly and quickly.... :-)

Normally the behind TDs will honk afew times or walkup to his window to alert him b4 cutting queue.

Wait til u meet one fellow... Always fell asleep after shifting his taxi... Haha. It happened few years back (T2 open CP Q).. This chap knn... always need assistances from behind to wake him to shift his taxi.. But fell asleep immediately... Knn... At the end, everyone behind "tu lan"... all overtook him... By the time, pick and go.... He was still there in the open CP Q sleeping... Haha. -

want to sleep.... Go home and sleep.... Don't stop the world from spining... Haha. TDs (in this instant) are very polite and helpful... Do not disturb his sweet dreams... Just overtake quietly, orderly and quickly.... Don't let the passengers at the taxi Q wait too long... Haha.

Also... It is a safety issue... Driving with your mind asleep is worst than drink driving. That's why u can see those cars (with sleepy drivers) shifting their steering wheels slowly to the right or to the left... So, if they want take a rest in the AP.... As fellow drivers... How can u go disturb them? Haha. Let them sleep if they want... :-P

beri seldom TD sleep in the queue. mostly read newspaper or surf porn until stone normally dun need to horn when they reach the big O, they will realize that there is a gap in front and move on -
juz let them zzz........... do not disturb their zzzz................
ever kenna frm 3rd avenue till 1st avenue T3 i had to horn tis guy
so many times to wake him up n shift............. in the end near the traffic light
i juz go past him n all the others too n let him enjoy his beauty sleep..............
heard he slept till mornin 4am still there......................

But of course, by nature, no matter if you have enuf sleep or not, in a hot afternoon, we can just doze off while waiting without knowing,
However, given the first honk, we should be awake, if still cannot and continously need rear honk to support the moment, I think for safety sake, it is better to let him sleep, at least, later when he pick up a pax, it will be more safe for him and his pax on the road.

pretty standard horn few time x, after tat bye bye, especially if you on first ave.
even smrt taxi pump oil also, no wake up the other drivers zoom past you.

T1... the entrace to the merry-go-round... onli one taxi can pass...
usually can see some drivers... park at the entrance go toilet... den create a Q all the way to the tunnel...

if you go to cold weather places, it is true that people sleep near the engine to get warm, when I go voyage repair, while sailing near the north atlantic, I slept above the boiler, damn cold weather. -
