Hi Thomas, hope you dont mind my comments....
I dont understand why you want to drive Taxi when you have health problems. People stop driving taxi when got health problems because he endangers his life, other road user's life and most importantly, the passenger's life.
Regarding Taxi companies, any company also the same. Each got its own pros and cons. Go for those without contract so that you can switch when you feel it is not right for you. Better if you drive relief, easier to 'convert'.
