actualy tis car suit ur style...
everyday 4pm start engine, 10pm can keep car kiao...ez ez got $50 in pocket..
Advantage for this Prius cab:
1. Quiet, so quiet that when a forummer here wanted to help me move the car forward while we q at one of the taxi stand in CBD. He ask me to start the car and I told him it's started. The best thing is he is actually sitting in the driver's seat and can't tell whether the car is started.
2. Low fuel consumption. For hot day, might drop to about 19km/liter of petrol. When I drive night, I consistently get 22.xkm. Maybe because I am not a "heavy legged' driver.
3.Low rental at $89.80. A saving of a couple of dollars a day compare to the other companies' offering at the moment. And this rental rate will continue even after a tookover deal.
4. Fast servicing. I don't spend more than 1 hour for "monthly" servicing at workshop if I arrived around 8.45am before they start work and be one of the first 6 to 7 vehicles to join the Q. And servicing is required only once every 30+ to 40 days.
As for the disadvantages, no need I say already many people "advertise" in this taxi forum liao.
But I still think it's a good car to drive and suit those who sweep the road.
And especially suitable for those who have outside business and need a "kah tar" to run around cos the overhead is about $121 including fuel if mileage is about 350km per day based on Shell 95 petrol @ $2.120/litre with 16% discount.
The new Prius from Prime still need a deposit of $5000 and has NO BONUS after the contract ends. Can return to company after 2 years but can only get back $3000. Rental stands at $107.

Impressive.....for point 2......
What's the maximum capacity for the fuel tank?........
If let's say 40litre, with Shell 95 petrol @$2.120.....=$84.80, after 16% discount=$71.xx....
Let say as you had claimed 22km/Litre, so roughly about 880km for 40litre of petrol.....
So less than $0.10 per km travel.......
knn, better than my old mercedes last time.......

It's 45 litres.
I have try to run from full tank to the fuel indicator starts to blink and I covered about 1045km. Quickly go fill cos scare it might die on me anytime.
After that I try to fill when it's in 1-2 bar on the indicator.
BTW, it's a 1500cc vehicle.
