these are real feedback from passengers 1st. there are more than 1 passnger who report that they flag cab inside cbd and ask the driver if they know to go to certain location. the driver say yes then they board. but less than 1 hundred meters. the driver will ask them again and when they repeat the location the driver say the passengers was not clear first time, actually he do not go there or know how to go there, and tell passenger if he still want the driver to go, the driver may be go wrong or longer way, then not driver problem. the passenger ownself say ok he get out and take another. but then when the passenger alight, the passenger is asked to pay the meter $3.20 + $0.80 + $3.00 = $7, sometime $7.20. when passenger ask for reason, the driver say it is passenger fault for misleading and it is passenger ownself say to get down, the driver never say anything, so passenger must pay. when passenger ask for receipt, the driver will say is only new temporary relief do not know how to issue receipt or have any receipt to issue. this happen more than once to different passengers on different times 2nd is some TD charge $3 Airport Surcharge on PER LUGGAGE. meaning if 4 bags is extra $3x4 = +$12. 3rd is Hotel Surcharge. i know people take cab from Copthorne King or Miramar or Riverfront are charged $3 Hotel Surcharge. the TD tell them is can claim back from the Hotel after but the Hotel refuse. will update more when come across

Are u telling half truth story hopping to join the Ang MO who crtizise spore TD are the worst in Spore. Yr 2 stories are 1st time hear of. Airport surcharge is $5 or $3.NEVER by pcs of lug. These 2 or 3 hotels are not in CBD ,so how to charge $3. the tourists or adults(they atre not children) so stupid to be easily conned by TD ? never ask for receipt or if no receipt did not take down plate nr ?

TS seems bend on whacking TDs, I find his so call feedbacks from passengers far fetched. Probably he gets great pleasures out of bullying frontline service pple in general. My take is he should go find someone bigger in size, where's the glory in whacking TDs?

5. want cooler air-con add air-con surcharge $2
6. want to wait for friends add waiting time surcharge $1/per mins
7. want to drink/ eat inside the cab surcharge for drinking $1,surcharge for eating $2
8. want to kiss add kissing surcharge $5
there are many more.....can't remenber.

If board taxi already and tell destination, and move off, the TD then say don't know destination, may take wrong route, or long route, and ask ok. Pax can say no deal and get off without paying for the short trip because the first deal was not completed. The pax boarded on the understantind that he is transported to his destination. when that cannot be done because of the TD incompetence, then should not pay for shoddy service.

This one the pax is KAM LAN to pay....Never reach destination cannot collect fare. Even once I send pax to AP car break down over heating so pull over at the nearest exit at Flora Road....pax pay me I also cannot collect. Pax only need to pay the fare from the replacement cab from Flora Road to AP.....KNN only move off want to collect money....SMLJ? The pax dun pay the TD also LAN LAN....So dun come here KPKB says got cheated by the TD because the pax is KAM LAN!!!! Understand!!!!

MY uncle Foo told me this pattern also,believe or not ? Ang Mo wound down window becos he felt cold and also want to have fresh air. Td charge him $2 more becos driving at high speed on hway w open window causes more resistance,so use more fuel.
