anyway , my Skoda hirer was formerly relief for sgforum nickname tony888 . tony888 went holiday for a year , my hirer first signed up for Kia , one year later changed to Skoda , his reasons was he sorely missed Skoda ..... now i know why ? It's true when u drove a Skoda , u'll never want to drive any other taxi . U ask all Skoda drivers , most will tell u same thing .
we had a similiar comments on Kia ..... that's one reason why he quit kia for skoda .

Skoda and Benz , same , very noisy from outside . Noise level both cannot compare to Wish or Prius . Compared diesel to diesel . Skoda is more quiet than Benz . Accelerator pedal lighter than Benz , hence make it less tired to drive a Skoda . Benz Brake Hold is good ..... that's all . Auto Cruise is good if u frequent user . Power wise .... Skoda V6 2500cc , Benz 2000cc , which is more powerful ? Needless to say . Seat wise , Skoda's seat top notch seat design , super comfortable . Alongside Toyota Wish , maybe as good , even better . No diesel taxi seat design and comfort is better made than Skoda .

Skoda is never suitable for those who is very particular about how much they are going to pay for diesel .
U can never expect to pay lesser for a V6 diesel engine .
Dun compare i30 vs Skoda diesel consumption .
I averagely paid $0.14 to $0.15 per km used .

Skoda is suitable for those who don't insist on company's cheaper diesel .
Those who felt the pinch of Shell , Caltex or Esso diesel ..... dun drive a Skoda or join Premier Taxis .
Cos Premier diesel kiosk is located at Changi South Ave 3 area .

Between Chevrolet and Skoda ....
For $115-$117 , i would go for Skoda at $104 .

After driving Skoda , if i were Premier ..... i will source for a similiar vehicle , to the similiar capacity like a Skoda . Ahead of koreans made .
If marketed with a decent rental , alongside strong benefits , it will capture a bit of the market share of taxi drivers .
Skoda's strong point ..... at $3.50 flag down , i face no rejections like i faced driving a Benz .
I heard the downside of Skoda , spare parts and repair take longer to arrive and replaced by premier aka Mega Auto .

Between Benz and Skoda .... for those road sweepers , no need Limo , no need calls , no need nets transactions ..... i will go for Skoda .
$123 Benz vs $104 Skoda , i will go for $104 .
Unless u wanna compared Benz diesel consumption against Skoda's diesel consumption .... then pay $19 more for Benz .

You are wrong boss pool. Now all MB are noisy lah...Mine is very quiet. I drive before auntie sotong last time hirer one.....Inside also like lorry....Dun believe you ask her. She also drive my current MB also.
Skoda inside big because the seat is small then MB. You small size ok lah...Me big size so MB seat more comfty for me. Skoda throttle response is fast. But power think on par with my MB cos mine engine overhaul before. But you one turning full got the hissing sound scarly leh....
Honda Fit actually not comfty due to the small seat. I drive long hours to Cameron Highlands backache. Fuel consumption is about 700km full tank of 62L which is not really cheap with the current fuel price is around $0.15-16 per km. And no power especially fully loaded....

The Skoda i driving 500,000km , dunno how many years liao , heard 5 years old liao .....
Considering 5 years old , 500000km in mileage , okay liao , touch wood .

Mine is 5 years 800000++km....Wah when I collected the car it is 700000++km I also got a shock....But learn that the engine just overhaul so ok loh.....Lol

Don't compared Toyota Wish 2.0 vs Skoda ......
Both comfortable level almost the same . of course V6 engine more powerful than CNG .
Even fuel consumption almost the same . Handling both on par , very stable .But rental wise no match ... other features head to head , can match .
Rental and benefits , Skoda no match for Wish .

Actually if can see open take the $665 to offset the petrol cost almost same loh....Maybe a bit more but you really got a quiet and smooth and powerful ride in a Wish 2.0 petrol mode....
