My hirer told me to pump petrol after each usage...usually i pass him extra 5 bucks but now he say he prefer me to pump myself.
So usually once i travel up to 200km mileage..i need to fo to toh guan to pump gas else scared eat petrol.
Yesterday saw petrol pin show above full tank so i did not pump but early morning hirer piss off and he sms he pump full tank 13 bucks...aiyo how come.
I also dont noe wat to reply only message back like this each time i use...petrol top up $10 to 15 bucks and gas full tank 1.8wish is 28 bucks....quite ex.
i now message him again" next time i ask attendant just pump dont care pin...paiseh still learning"
mY IDEA to counter above is to next time straight away pump petrol full tank before usage and message him....then after usage pump also message him...keep receipts as evidence. Then monitor as evidence rather then jump gun and accuse without proof
any other suggestions since many wish ex hirers here?
Throw key lor.
When hirer and relief come out not clean on $$ matter, better part off. Finding a good hirer is like finding a gf, the first impression is very important, once hirer shown no negotiation within a reasonable doubt, nothing much you can do, ask him to drive all he wants himself.
Now you understand why some hirers and reliefs partnership can last for decade, why some just a few weeks, it is all about understand and trust, without Trust, no relation can survive.
my shortest relationship is 1day, out he go
Wish ??
He needs you more than you need him.
I dont know about your story, but if you feel that you have done all your best, and the hirer still behaves like that. THROW and dont look back.
Dont say I teach you.
You can 'F' him back why the pertrol-to-gas ratio so high, causing the petrol usage to be high, end up many mis-understanding.
Some numbers for you to work on (2.0L WISH)
CNG alone (petrol not included), will cost you about $0.115 per km
CNG and Petrol, will cost you about $0.125 to $0.135 per km (use this number)
These 2 are based on selection kept at "CNG". The petrol is based on the ratio set by the workshop.
If you switch to 'Petrol', then it will shoot to $0.19 upwards per km.
drive diesel lah....
no headache!
why? you got problem with cdg?

i support what u said.
sometimes must qing cai...but don't go overboard lah.
Tzar , tell him to pump petrol and show u receipt as well .
Then at night pump back full tank show him the receipt .
Well Tzar , this is a common practise , pump full tank for both cng and petrol , but ....
always a but .... vehicle became heavier , thus consumed higher in both petrol and CNG .
U have got any idea how heavy is full tank of petrol ?
Alone CNG is 21.90 kg excluding the tank .
Including CNG + Tank + Full tank Petrol = Very heavy to the already heavy Toyota Wish .
I always keep petrol @ .............
Once go down , just filled up to the 1/4 line . Or slightly up , should be good enough .
explain to him why 1/4 tank ?
it's the weight issue .
Well the wish full tank gas can max tahan abt 260 to 270 before blink red ...beep beep.
I will try to talk to him when he is good mood. Right now got one hirer offer at My place but only allow sunday ...no friday no sat...
Albeit sian to drive on Monday night and Sunday....try before feel like not good..
Friday and saturday can do interview cause many fish at sea...monday very hard to find fish..
But thanks for above so now i get better pictures of wat is the frame like..tx peeps
Are you getting pull by his moods? Hello, you are not his workers or staffs or slaves ok, you are a businessman yourself renting out a cab from him.
You know why some people become TDs? Because they do not want to everyday see the fucking boss and managers' moody faces, and that is why they come out and drive taxis, of course pax can show their mood to you, but that is only for a while, maybe 20min only, after that, you may not see that pax for the rest of your life.
And right now you are telling me that you need to see your hirer mood to talk to him, who is he?? Than I guess you better go back to the workforce

Mood ki lan ..... u need to talk to him like a businessman , not like his subordinate .
Ah...for once, my chief is in the same frequency as me.
Most TDs are from the working class, from delivery drivers to ex salesmen, most of us experienced working life, the kind of "I can fuck up your life" situation is alway on and off, once boss pull rank only, you cannot said anything, just have to bear with it, tan jia mah, bo pian.
Some like us shift out to drive TD, finally free from the corporate world, but jump into the LTA, taxi companies and pax world. At least you do something in your life, you can even scold pax for their unreasonable demand.
As such, even TD OBK or given much less paid and perks than corporate jobs, we can only said, we choose what we want to be, in TD, at least I can have more control of my life, which under the human rights, suppose to be free.
Maybe i shouldnt had add the word "mood" ...it does send a wrong signal ..so naive of me..
if your hirer is such difficult to talk , change for a better one lah
you be more happy driving
Yalor, understand that most newbies like to hold the steering, and this give some unethical old birds chance to tekan or exploit them, haiz.
Be patient, there are many other good hirer out there
not happy?? THROW THROW THROW~~~~
but always try to leave rm for negotiations n always part
on a happy note we r out to make $$ not enemies........................
Some talk only , always verbally said "hirer is towkay" , "Hirer my boss"..... as a matter of fact , all are working partners .
Both hands to clap , neither party to take for granted or suka suak "bullied" partner .
Way to go ?
Talk like businessmen , talk , nego , solutions , still talk nego solutions .
Until everything good to go .
Thank God I have a good hirer. Vehicle is Sonota. So diesel only. Agreement is top up until click. Then continue filling until can see diesel. No problems so far.

This is what my hirer told me when I was asking how to send vehicle to workshop. On that day, cigarette lighter was not working. Not that I am a heavy smoker, but I need it because it powers my GPS.
Now no more wish...change to diesel chev epica...no need to U turn when 250km milleage to toh guan...so much better
