Same surcharge $3,but for wrong reason can complaint ?

  I think wrong surcharge can complain but think the TD can explain press wrongly. But if inside CBD press location surcharge no wrong cos CBD is also location surcharge. But outside CBD like RWS will be wrong. But there is no overcharging of fare. But at expo press CBD then will be overcharging.

  No lah receipt to make a claim ..... let's say their nasty boss ask them "why got location surcharge ?"

  How u want the pax to explain to his/her company ?

  But if u hit correctly , CDB means straight forward is CBD , $3 is a compulsory surcharge .
