Ya CPF is to hold our money. I suspect the coffers are drying up. That's why they chut so many patterns to up the draw out age, minimum sum etc etc. If everyone draw out 100% at 55yo I think they dun have enough to pay out loh.

Ya I am also lucky to born in the mid 70s and I see the price of property shooting like the Saturn V Rocket that propel man to the moon. So I buy a HDB when I am very young. Later I also broke the bank to buy another private property for investments. Last time people laugh at me. KNN eat also got problem go buy house. But can you find a $0 COV 3rm in AMK costing $160K now? Or can you find a 999 lease hold condo below $1m? People says I siao...spend $700K for a condo in an ulu location. What is ulu? They are building an MRT right at my door steps now, 30 mins can hit town. Lol

Most of us, CPF already stuck inside housing, wonder anyone got extra?...
CPF collapse......people will collapse too, bear in mind on that....

i am talking in TS context lo, employed and self employed of cos la, if want to compare self employed to other self employed, then every mountain also got another high mountain mah right? now my thinking is, if can see open, then see open, if everytime look down see every penny and cent, then die also cannot see up see the big sky haha
