If NTA members , surely NTA will jalan for them if members ask for help .
So members , if can join NTA , pay $9 a month , join them , somehow NTA can help to talk .....

How can a letter ask to prepare 1k...the laymen mindset will definetly means need to pay 1k...
See how careful choosen words can send 2 meanings at the same time...which is beneficial to the TC should any mislead was raised...

So from this episode, you can see how the taxi company look down on their TD, because they believe most of us do not have 1k in saving, that is why they take precaution.
The purpose is not for you to pay, they scare that end up you are liable and got no money to pay that $200 or other amount of medical bill, then how?
If Mr Lau go hard on Taxi company, the end result will be, get terminated, in fact, by going into the press is already giving the company some bad images.
I have seen such thing happen before, but the driver never bring it up to the press, my friend drive a crown, out of amara hotel, suddenly jam brake, back heavy chest woman complaint chest pain, took his nos, pictured his identity, next day, he get call up to foot the woman medical checkup at NUH for chest pain due to his braking.
He was a member of NTA, NTA legal department took up the case, end up he did not pay anything, but was ask to leave comfort

last night went massage with one CityCab kaki ...... back in the late 2000 , was awarded Singapore Top-5 Best Taxi Driver Award .
Done by audit one .
From 100 selected cabbies to just 5 .
Went thru interviews after interviews .
Ang mor fake as pax , Auditors used wheel chair bound paxes to test his patience , AP track him ...... mostly auditors on call him test his patient to wait and test his customer service , many tests along the way .
For a long 6 months trying to find that BEST DRIVER from all taxi companies .
SMRT one driver got the award .
My friend , yesterday received a letter of warning from CDG .
Because pax complaint him .
See i also want to laugh ..... CDG top-5 driver kena warning letter .
Damn funny .

NTA membership stand at 13,500 starting with only a few hundreds 2 years ago, nearly half of the Taxi Hirer are not under NTA, -

What so funny, I best casket award driver also get terminated, what is award, told you many times already, do not attach yourself to much to the company, they got their own interest, so do you, concentrate on your own interest betterEvery award or whatever CDG top 5 game is for the purpose of the company, not you, nor me.

Investigation haven't complete but TC already tell TD to standby $1000. Very nice.
